Chaos
No team size limit, the grid is the limit
Copy Square
Units on these squares spawn copies of themselves every 5 attacks, up to 4 times
Diamond
Investment
On Draft phase start, gain +1 Energy for every 2 Energy stored
Vampiric Aura
When units on these squares deal damage, heal nearby allies
Obsidian
Double Up
All units contribute double to their Faction/Class
Regenerative
Every time a friendly unit dies, gain +1 Energy.
Gameplay Changes
Barebones modifier removed
Barebones was not where it needed to be as a Modifier. This has now been replaced with Free Cycle

Punching Bag
Score the highest damage against other players!
Starts: Friday’s @10:00am PST

Collect as much gold as you can!

Rift Wars: Balance Changes
New Balance Changes!
Faction/Class Changes
New Bruiser Ability
Info: Bruisers buff Attack of allies every few attacks.
3/3: Every 3 attacks, Bruiser units increase Attack of all non-Bruiser units by 10%
Striker Ability Buffed
3/3: +300% Attack Speed, and 50% Damage Reduction for 5 seconds
Mech Ability Nerfed
2/4: Deal 10% of your Mech's HP to the highest HP enemy
4/4: Deal 15% of your Mech's HP to the 2 highest HP enemies
Waterborn Ability Nerfed
2/4: Every 4 attacks, slow enemies by 25%
4/4: Every 4 attacks, slow enemies by 40%
Unit Tuning Changes
GLOBAL CHANGE
Due to a bug, certain units would attack much slower than they should. Units that had long attack windups will now attack faster by default. Units that already attacked quickly such as PEW, will be the same.
Charger Buffed
Deals 3x Damage on first Attack
Plasma Squid Nerfed
Damage: 75 → 50
Attack Speed: 1.4 → 1.8
Land Shark Nerfed
Every 4th attack, Land Shark gains Stone Skin for 2 seconds
Sledger Animation fix
Damage: 50 → 67
Attack Speed: 0.9 → 1.2

Rift Wars: New update & Season 6

Gameplay Changes
All units can now appear as starters
The starter pool is no longer limited by rarity.
Shop cycling cost now scales
Starts at 1 energy, increases by 1 per use, resets at battle phase start.
Mech ability reworked
Deals damage based on a percentage of total Mech health to the 1–2 highest-health enemies. Stack health for big damage.
Hero no longer buffs health
Now only buffs attack speed and damage.
Mutant buff reduced
25% per round (down from 50%), still caps at 200%.
Waterborn whirlpools no longer stack
Still slow enemies, but multiple whirlpools don't compound.
Plasma Bot stun is now time-based
Stuns every X seconds instead of every X attacks.
